There is a slight learning curve to cooking with stainless steel.... it's super simple, but the YouTube tips videos are essential to get you cooking like a pro with stainless steel. Cooking with it correctly, renders stainless steel NONSTICK.All the specs on this set make it a HUGE value compared to $500+ sets!It's "3 PLY MULTICLAD", which means it's 3 ply through the ENTIRE pot, not just in a welded bottom base like cheapy knockoffs. The steel/aluminum quality is the same as Cuisinart's.Stay cool handles are a really nice feature, however the listing doesn't really indicate what kind of stainless steel the handles are made out of, but they are welded and riveted onto the pot, all the way through to the inside which is a good indication. It doesn't come with an information leaflet with all the specs, and I wish it did.Love the inside measurement lines, and the tempered glass vented lids.If the specs are accurately advertised, this should be a very high quality unbranded professional chef series cookware set that will rival the big names.Excellent find! I'm very happy with my purchase. I will buy another set to gift.

Beautiful set with heavy pans

I purchased the 3 quart 10" deep frying pan with cover separately and absolutely love this pan. Since I use it all the time I was thrilled when the complete set was on sale. What I did not realize is how heavy these pans are. Too heavy for a 70 year old with arthritic hands so unfortunately I had to return them. I you do not have an issue using heavy pans that cook well and are easy to clean, don't hesitate to purchase this set.

Best pots and pans

Best heavy duty pots and pans I've ever had. Remember they are stainless steel so they are healthier to cook on then non stick pans but with healthier living comes sacrafice. Yes the food will stick to these unless you do the leindenfost effect. You need to hear your pan up. Trickle a few drops of water on it. If the needs dance then your ready to cook. After the water test add your oil, lard, or tallow and turn it down to medium heat. Wait about 30 seconds for the oil to heat then add the food.

High quality and beautiful set

These are very high quality, they have a big handle so easy to use and they're aesthetically pleasing. Heavy, thick stainless steel pots and pans with a large steel strainer and lids. Will of course be easy to clean as they are thick and you can scour them. They are very smooth and it's a good full set. I'm sure I could bake with these too!

Awesome stainless steel

Nice set. Heat is distributed evenly. Clean up was a breeze. Only thing I can think of that would make it better would be a silicone handle covers they do get hot! Good value in my opinion.
