Bought 2 of these for a party for 5th graders at my school & they are so cute, and you can fit Just over two dozen cupcakes on one stand. I also use it for my daughters graduation party. The strings of lights are a little bit tricky to get just right.
This tiered stand was super easy to assemble and looks great. I love that the acrylic allows the focus to be on what is displayed and not the stand itself. I prefer the stand without the lights so I didn’t bother attaching them.
It was easy to put together, but it took two of us to figure out how to get the lights on it properly. Once we figured that out, we were thrilled with the stand. I took it to a party, and I got numerous compliments on it. One thing that would make the lights absolutely perfect would be if there were some way to change the colors of the lights. The party was Thanksgiving themed, but the pastel lights were a little out of place. I imagine it would be cost prohibitive to be able to change the colors from pastels to Christmas colors or to clear lights, so maybe it would be better to just start with the clear lights. Perhaps a color choice could be implememted so that buyers could have a choice of pastel, Christmas or clear lights, for example. These are just musings wondering "what if". I am very satisfied with my cupcake stand, but I doubt i will have much need for pastel lights.
