I love these precut parchment paper sheets! They are incredible useful and I like the option to use them for my smaller pans for lining for ease of pulling out baked bread or for doubling up and using them on a large cookie sheet. It’s so much more convenient to use these have have perfect 90 angles every time instead of ripping from the roll and it always comes off crooked or needing to pull out scissors. This really saves time. The quality is good and my cookies I’ve baked have the same consistency as a store bought parchment roll. It comes with a lot so it’s good quantity and value. I really like this product and would recommend!

Great parchment sheets for quarter sheet pans
I always seem to forget to order parchment for my quarter sheet pans. Not this time! Now I have enough sheets of this GENLGE unbleached parchment to get me through a few holiday seasons!This baking paper is easy to handle, and if you're using quarter sheet pans, prep consists of just laying a sheet in the pan. Great parchment paper - just keep an eye on the size
I wasn't entirely paying attention when I bought these, so I missed that they are basically the size of a sheet of copy paper. I don't use quarter pans, so that was a bit disappointing. But that was my mistake, and it doesn't take away from the quality of the parchment paper. You can certainly use two sheets side by side.Beyond that, I don't have any complaints about the parchment paper. It is packaged well and does what it's supposed to do. We used some the other day with a wax project. It kept the wax from bleeding through, and the waxy brushes didn't stick to it.Even with the half sheets, this is a great deal. And if you've been stubbornly sticking to the full rolls, try the pre-measured paper. SO EASY.

Convenient
Until I tried pre-cut parchment paper, I sort of resisted the idea. After all, with a roll of paper you can cut to length to fit a variety of pan sizes better. One time all the rolls were out of stock at my local store so I picked up sheets and it didn't take long to see the appeal. They are just so much faster to grab, making them much more convenient. When one is too small for my pan, I turn it the other direction and use two sheets. This particular pack contains 300 sheets which is a large enough amount to last our family months. I keep the sheets in their cardboard container right inside the cabinet where I store baking trays. Kept this way, I can store them upright and just grab a sheet when I pull out a sheet pan. Even though the listing says up to 450 degrees, I find that the paper will begin to scorch around the edges over 425 F.
