I looked at a few others before landing on this one and happy with the overall purchase from the way it arrived. This thing was packed professionally!! It would be believable to think this company only deals in cutting boards or stainless steel. Double boxed and between two pieces of sturdy foam so it arrived with no warping and laid perfectly flat. Includes a small and thin grippy pad to keep it from sliding. If i remember correctly, it even had a steel grade certificate. I am one who LOVES natural things and I have taken pride in my beautiful wood cutting boards but, I too, have now converted. You can't beat the ease of maintenance while feeling sanitary.I original purchased for rolling dough but it's now my main cutting board that stays out. Durable enough to take some abuse that just might abuse your knives more than wood but all a part of the minutiae; if and only noticeable in the long run. Scratches expected with use which I'm already starting to notice. Steel can always be polished if it bothers you. It's so beautiful new that it's tempting to not cut on it but I'm in the market for practical. The size makes for a good enough workspace to not miss a juice groove!

Top notch”cutting board”
Package came on time and undamaged. Cutting board inside was well packed in foam rubber and coated with a plastic protective film you need to peel off. The board itself is top quality, the corners are curved and edges are smooth for your protection. No danger at all. Ideally you shouldn’t use this as an actual cutting board cuz it will dull your knives and scratch the surface. It looks great and I use it in my prep area. Would definitely recommend it if this is a type of thing you’re looking for.
