    These are exactly as described, the measurements are correct. Being stainless steel these will be super easy to clean and extremely durable/resistant to damage or corrosion.They will be super easy to install if the measurements are correct for the fryer you're using, and will prevent oil from making its way between the sections.I can see these being extremely valuable if you have issues with your fryer baskets dripping on the floor between sections. They will probably pay for themselves in employee wages quickly if you have them constantly cleaning up the oil on the floor. If you don't have this problem you probably don't need these.
