Too much variety?
This set has a large variety of bowls, but mostly of measuring cups and spoons, the latter of which there is just a ridiculous number of, including repeats and useless measures (at least for those of us who measure in teaspoons).The bowls are very thin and light, so, depending on your preference, you may prefer them. I like a sturdier feeling bowl, so, hopefully these don't dent easily if they're dropped. It should go without saying, but definitely make sure you wash these before use. I found some black residue in a couple of the bowls, I'd have to assume it was polishing compound. The lids fit snugly on the insides of the bowl rim, as opposed to over the rim, and I actually like this design. They are snug, but not water-tight, and I have to imagine that an over-the-rim design would leak more if liquid is sloshing around, whereas these you actually have to tip on their sides before they start dripping. While it'd be nice if they were actually water-tight, that's just not realistic with metal bowls as they're not going to hold their perfect shape forever. My only minor gripe is that I wish they'd etched the bowl size onto the bottoms.The measuring spoons and cups are thick and sturdy, but there are some useless measurements (at least for those of us users of teaspoons as a unit of measure) as well as some spoons that are repeated.The cups have nice wide handles, and I like that the measuring cups include 2/3 and 3/4 cup measures as those are actual measures you'd run across in a recipe, and they go up to 1 cup. But the smallest, 1/8 cup, I've never encountered in a recipe (they'll usually just call for 2 tablespoons). Since they also include metric measurements, it's possible that the 30 ml equivalent is a measure some will find useful.There are two sets of measuring spoons. The first has 9 spoons in both teaspoon/tablespoon and milliliters. The smallest is 1/16 tsp, a measure that I've never come across, and in addition to the regular measures also includes 1/3 and 3/4 tsp, as well as a 1/2 tbsp, measures that I've also never encountered. It's possible that those who use the metric system have seen calls for .33, 1.67, 3.75 or 7.5 ml, respectively. The smaller set of 5 spoons doesn't use metric measures, unless drop, smidgen, pinch, dash and tad are metric units. They do include teaspoons, starting at 1/64 going up to 1/4 tsp, so there are only two actual useful spoons and three repeated from the larger set. There was also one spoon that has a small bur on the edge, though that is sanded out easily with very fine sanding paper.This is a good set if you are starting from scratch or want a good house-warming gift, and other than being a little superfluous in the measurements department for my purposes, I'm very happy with this set.

I’m really impressed with these mixing bowls! The set comes with 24 pieces, which is amazing. It includes different bowl sizes, plus a shredder, grater, and slicer that attach right onto one of the lids — super convenient when you’re prepping food. Each bowl has a non-slip bottom and an airtight lid, which I love because it keeps things neat and fresh. Large Mixing Bowls Set - Great Value, Strong Build, but needs a Thorough First Wash
This set of stainless steel mixing bowls, measuring cups, and spoons is a solid buy if you bake or meal prep often. You get many pieces for the price, and they feel sturdy and decent quality overall. The lids for the bowls are a big plus; you cannot find a lot of options out there that provide lids on stainless steel bowls.One thing I noticed immediately, when I washed them the first time and used them, there was some black industrial print residue left behind. This stainless steel set of nesting bowls of various sizes with plastic lids plus measuring cups and spoons makes cooking and baking easier and saves me time in the kitchen.
