    Now everyone can reach every snack!

    I didn't know there are Lazy Susans this big. But after a chance remark by my wife (people around our coffee table could not reach all our snack plates) I searched and found this. It's big — 35" diameter — so it covers a large part of our coffee table and gives easy access to all sitting around it. (See photo attached.) It was a big hit the first time we used it — everyone was delighted with how easy it was to spin and reach all the snack plates. The spinning itself is smooth and even — no hint of a wobble or instability. This is heavy glass after all — so not just sturdy but also transparent, allowing the beautiful wood grain of our coffee table to show through. Being heavy and glass, obviously I was concerned it may arrive damaged. But it was well packaged (see photo attached) — I even became the new owner of pieces of old Chinese bicycle tires wrapped around the edges. So, no damage. Bottom line, it looks great, works great and really improves the "drinks and snacks" experience with friends. One tip: be sure to have space remaining on your coffee table for people to put their drinks, so those don't go off in a circle spin of their own. But even if they do, they'll soon be retrieved with one more spin! This is a sizeable investment, but a worthy one, given how useful this is turning out (excuse the pun!) to be.

    Plan on repackaging if you intend to give it as a gift.

    Arrived in perfect condition but packaging was not suitable for gifting. It was wrapped inside a bike tire rubber innertube. It was also very dirty but it cleaned up well. I expected it to come packaged in styrofoam. Nevertheless, for my use it is perfect and functions as expected.

    Nice looking piece, but…

    Functionally this is a great piece. Works extremely well. A few things, though when you open the package, the item is very dirty from the factory and requires a lot of cleaning. Once you get it clean, you discover there's a lot of small scratches on the glass and the glass is very susceptible to fingerprints which build up as you spin it on your table. It's cool that you can see through it, but we ended up replacing it with a wooden one.
