This pan is amazing, it cooks wonderful and clean up is a breeze. Being a trained chef I know good cookware when I see it. I used it on a glass top stove. With it having smaller handles it fit well on the stove top with other pans on it. Handles didn't get hot so it was easy to handle. I highly recommend it.
Works wonderfully. Pan does heat up very quickly, so you need to be aware. Clean up with sponge as nothing sticks. Metal fork doesn't damage coating due to surrounding hex structure. Highly recommended.
Underestimates how much I would love and use this pan. It's used almost daily due to size and equal heat distribution
I am afraid to use the product. It comes with a handle that the bolt post is not welded on very good. I was afraid that I would over tighten the handle resulting in the post snapping off. The first one I got and had to send back came with the post already broken.I'm sorry. If I am going to spend over 100.00 on a saute pan then it should be of good quality.I tried reaching out to the manufacturer directly regarding the defect of the first one over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to get a response.
Great large deep nonstick pan with a cover. The best!
I really like the size and weight of this pan. It feels substantial and is great for many different cooking needs. Distributes heat evenly. The pan itself is easy to clean, but the lid has unsealed gaps between the metal trim and glass at the edges and the top. Water gets trapped and takes forever to dry out. It's not the worst thing but it is annoying. For the price the lid should be better quality.
I really love this pan. It is stainless steel and can be put in the dishwasher. Has even heat and things don’t stick so bad. I do use a little olive oil on the bottom. I wish all my pots and pans had 2 handles like this on. So much easier to work with.
