Doesn't fit together well
I had a lot of hope for this jar storage organizer. The strong, felt material in dark grey is lovely. It looks great on shelves, or in the closet. It comes with 20 simple looking labels with lines for date/contents. The organizer feels really durable, and would nicely hold glass items in a softer, but super strong material, rather than a box with plastic. The size was great - 16.9"L x 13"W x 7.9"H. Just the right size for a storage container. In fact, if you purchased two of them they could even stack.Unfortunately there were a few challenges right off the bat. I will list them out.** -The divider grid when put together (easy to do), was slightly higher and wider than the box causing the lid to not fit as well as it could. There are apparent gaps.** -The bamboo, reinforced strips were super difficult to get slid. I had to have help with that and my husband evenhad a difficult time. The strips do definitely reinforce the sides where the handle holes are.** - The box lid is attached to the box, which is fine. It is formed so that the lid has a ledge that fits snugly over the top. However, the lid does not line up with the edges of the box, so it doesn't form a nice square/fit.** - It just look like it is over packed and bulgy even with nothing in it.With a few structural modifications this could be a fabulous product. I will definitely use this container, but probably not for jars or display necessarily, which is too bad. I gave this product three stars because of the difficulty putting the bamboo pieces in, which are a stabilizing factor and because it looks bulgy and the lid doesn't line up. Everything else was nice and functional.

Does what it's supposed to, but is it necessary?
This mason jar storage organizer does what it says and gets the job done. It hold 12 jars, 32 oz. size and keeps them from bumping and breaking. It's fairly sturdy, like if you were going to use it for long term storage in a shelf organizational system in your basement or garage or something. But it stays sturdy mostly because of the jars, so if you, say, only have it half full, it's not as sturdy. Also, I'm thinking, once you start using what you stored in there, like if you canned veggies or something, then the empty slots are just taking up that much more storage room, so is it worth it? I didn't deduct any stars for that, as it does what it sets out to do and does it well. I'm just not sure that dropping $30 (as of this writing) is a good value for your money. I won't buy any more of these, although I do use a lot of jars for things. I'm going to stick with a cardboard box. Lots cheaper and does almost the same thing.

Works for Storage, but Structural Issues Limit Use
I ordered this fabric container to store mason jars since I’m an avid freeze dryer and most of my finished food goes into jars. Unfortunately, this didn’t work as well as I had hoped. The container arrived folded, and because of that the top has never been able to fully close. Even after trying to flatten it out and reshape it, the lid just won’t sit correctly or connect the way it should. The bottom insert that’s supposed to help hold the shape is actually a little wider than the base of the container, which causes the sides to bulge out slightly. The internal jar dividers were easy to assemble and are fairly rigid, and they do a good job of keeping the mason jars separated and safe. I used 16 oz jars and they fit easily into the slots. When lifting the container with empty jars inside, it didn’t sag and the jars didn’t clink together, which was a positive. That said, the bamboo support sticks that are meant to help keep the sides rigid were very frustrating. I could not get them to slide into place properly, so the sides never really held their shape. Because of that, the dividers end up pushing the fabric outward instead of everything sitting neatly. In the end, I gave this two stars. It can be used to store things, but it doesn’t hold its shape well, the lid won’t flatten or close properly, and it doesn’t function like a true box. I think if this item hadn’t been shipped folded, it probably would have worked much better, but as it is, I had a hard time getting it to function the way it’s intended.

Okay for storage but needs more strength
I bought this organizer for my kitchen pantry but I think the structural design needs some work. The felt material is soft and the bamboo supports look nice enough for the price. I like that it comes with dividers and labels to help keep my twelve jars organized. However the box feels a little flimsy when you try to lift it while it is full of heavy glass. It will likely be okay for long-term storage if you just leave it on a shelf and do not move it around much. I was hoping it would be more sturdy so I could carry it easily from the counter to the pantry. The overall quality is just okay but it is not as strong as I wanted it to be. It works for now but I might look for something tougher in the future.
