It came with two lids for the thermos; a straw; and a brush to clean the straw which!I think my favorite thing about this metal water bottle is how amazing of a job it does keeping drinks ice cold. There have been quite a few hot days where I’ve filled this with ice water, and 6+hrs later, after being outdoors, you can still hear the ice jingling around inside!!!Great quality.
