Using these since 2022. Good product.
I've been buying this brand for 3 years and I think are really good products. I used to be a Pyrex fan, but I like the shape, sizes and lids of the Razab products. Pyrex doesn’t have big rectangular sizes. This Large glass containers are awesome to store food for families and good quality too. I broke one of them by accident, but they are very durable and safe (less toxic than plastic). I try not to use plastic containers any more. The seal is good and reliable.

Perfect size
My wife and I have been steadily replacing our plastic food storage containers with glass ones of various sizes. This glass container satisfies our desire for an approximate 3.5 quart container. The lid fits perfectly and is leak-proof. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Ok, but the design of the lid is flawed
Almost returned this because the lid is so hard to latch. Sometimes 3 sides latch but the remaining short side will not close. I latched and unlatched repeatedly and now it's easier. Make sure the lid is in a very precise position to close. Hinges of this size are bound to tear and fail with repeated use. Better to have smaller hinges like other models that have a lid overlap. I probably wouldn't buy again because I feel the design is flawed. We won't be using it that often; good for refrigerating a double batch of chili or other soup/stew.

DO NOT BUY!! The lids will FAIL and Razab Homegoods' Customer Service is a JOKE!!!!
We purchased these containers in the summer of 2021 and followed the use & care instructions to the T. Within 4-5 months, the tabs/wings on the lids started separating and literally falling apart.Just before the 6 month mark of receiving the containers, we filed a warranty claim on Razab Homegoods' website and received an email confirmation with our claim #. Two weeks went by and we didn't hear anything from Razab Homegoods' Customer Service. I followed up by email and included the claim # email confirmation we received, and several days later their Customer Service Team responded to my email stating that they never received our Warranty Claim. Absurd, given they were looking at the email confirmation that I received from them including the actual Claim #.Razab Homegoods' Customer Service dragged their feet for the next few weeks, repeatedly asking us the same questions and for pictures of the damaged lids as well as for our mailing address, like they were going to send us replacement lids. Razab Homegoods' Customer Service finally responded with the following email:"On Mon, Jan xx, 2022 at x:xx PM contact@razabhomegoods.com <contact@razabhomegoods.com> wrote:you purchase was over 6 months ago and unfortunately there is no life time warranty on daily use products."Their website even states the following: "For any kind of warranty issue, feel free to ask. We will definitely solve the issue."To be clear, the damage to the lids started happening before the 6 month mark and we filed our warranty claim before the 6 month mark. It's obvious Razab Homegoods intentionally dragged their feet past the 6 month mark to avoid having to fulfill a warranty claim.Not only are the lids of poor quality, Razab Homegoods' Customer Service is extremely shady, deceitful and ultimately an absolute failure.Never again will I be purchasing anything with Razab Homegoods' name on it.!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
