Great cup!
-edited review: I had 2 stars because we had issues with the lid. The seller contacted us and I was able to get it resolved. This is my unbiased, adjusted review- The cup looks good, as advertised. It is good, solid quality, the colors are great, and coffee stayed hot for a long time in it. We had issues with the lid at first. If yours has the same issue, where the flip-up cover does not lock in place, this is how I fixed mine: The lid has a small cover that opens and closes (flips up or down), and that is what would not lock in place in the closed position. I messed with it some and was able to get it working. I basically opened it all the way up and pulled down on the end to try to get it to lock into an "opened" position, and it wouldn't lock that way. (I don't think it's supposed to but I was just trying different things). But when I went to lock it back into the closed position, it worked after that. It must have moved something or stretched something inside it to get it to lock properly. We are happy to say it is working properly now!

I bought this as a gift for my sister-in-law who loves cats and coffee more than life itself. I'll be giving it to her for the holidays and I think she'll love it because it's charming and very well-made (quite sturdy and the perfect size), and she's always carrying some kind of tumbler around to keep up her water intake. Absolutely LOVE this. It's hilarious and great quality. I get tons of compliments on it. I dropped it on concrete right after getting and it made a small dent in bottom corner but didn't chip paint or anything, so im very happy with quality. Holds warm temp pretty well (haven't tried cold drinks). I do abide by the hand-washing but my husband has ran this thru the dishwasher accidentally and it held up just fine, no issues with the surface or damage.My one pet peeve is the lid. I love that it's strong and seems to seal REALLY well, so it's awesome for driving; however, unfortunately, the pop-up part that opens to drink doesn't fold back flush flat to the lid. So when I go to drink the latter half of the liquid, where you tip your cup higher, it hits my nose. Leaves coffee on my nose and just uncomfortable to drink. I'm not sure why they didn't adjust the design just a smidge so that it clipped or settled completely open, but it is what it is.I'm not docking a start for the lid issue because I found my other coffee cup lids that have better functionality happen to fit the cup, so I just use those instead. Outside that, I love this and would happily buy more from this company.
