This COOKSTYLE extra thick silicone pastry mat is fantastic! It’s the perfect size and very sturdy — no slipping or sliding while I roll dough. The measurements are clear and helpful for baking, and cleanup is super easy. Dough doesn’t stick, and it works great for cookies, pie crusts, and more. Definitely worth it!

Love this pastry baking mat. It is heavy silicon and large enough to cover the counter top and it will not move once you have placed it. The edges are a bit higher, which helps keep the flour and such on the mat and mot on the counter. It rolls up easily, which also makes it easy to clean. Great for use outdoors too. Because of the texture, it stays flat so when your rolling out your dough it will be smooth for pies, pizza, or whatever you are preparing. The measurements printed on the front are great to help keep you aligned with the size you need. It is a great value for the money.
I wasn’t sure I’d like this, as the mat is very large and very thick, and my kitchen is very small and cramped. But it works very well and is very comfortable to use. The surface is smooth, so dough rolls out smoothly, and the thickness adds to the ease of rolling. I also love the included rolling pin and find myself reaching for it all the time. I have fancy wooden and steel rolling pins, but this little silicone one feels best in my hands. Everything is easy to clean, and I like that I can hang the mat on my bakers rack, thus using less space in my cabinets. I highly recommend.
Very nice mat, but really difficult to store. It doesn't roll or fold well. It's a little tough to clean, but that's the nature of a silicon mat. Be warned, it is BIG. I read the size carefully, but once you have it in hand you might realize you could have got away with smaller.
I love it! It stays put! At first I was afraid of cutting it with the cookie cutter, but it was fine.
