This was such a great addition to our new coffee bar. It is bigger than I thought it was so I can fit a couple bags of coffee in there lightweight and functional. Great value for the money and keeps coffee fresh
Perfect size for holding 4 small batches of freshly roasted coffee. It allows for the beans to off-gas, while keep it fresh. Nice quality, we have the smaller canister by this company, but needed something larger, so naturally we went with the same great brand.

This seals the ground coffee extremely well. The spoon being attached makes it easy to brew up a pot of coffee. I love the color and the quality. It held my entire bag of ground coffee.
The only thing I don't like about this canister is that the month ring is loose & won't stay on the month I set it on. Every time I open the canister, the ring turns to a different month. Other than that, and the only reason for a 4 star rating, it is a beautiful addition to its place, next to my coffee pot. It has a mat finish so no fingerprints show anywhere. A full-sized can of Folgers coffee fits in it, as well as my 1/3 cup measuring scoop. Even though there's a handy coffee scoop hanging on the side, I prefer using my scoop. I've measured how many scoops the included scoop would take in order to give me the right amount of grounds for a 10 cup pot of coffee and found that 5 scoops does it good for me. The lid has a metal buckle that pulls the lid on tight. Everytime I open the canister, I get a strong whiff of coffee grounds...almost like opening a new can of coffee. Since we go through a large can of coffee every week, it has no chance of going stale. I do have an issue with the condition of the box that it came in though...it had 2 holes in it that looks like it had been punctured & ripped. As it didn't damage or scratch the canister, I shrugged it off. It wasn't a gift, and that would have made it a game-changer. Suffice it to say that I'm totally pleased with this canister.
This is a beautiful canister, it holds a full bag of coffee from Sam’s or BJ’s, and the seal keeps it fresh.
