Love these tart molds . The only problem is they are so pliable that you need to be careful when lifting and placing in oven. I needed to put a cookie sheet underneath which caused me to adjust cooking time.
Great for making candy, easy to clean, perfect size
The depth of the cavity is indicated as .98" but it's barely over half an inch. I'll need to return these.
Very shallow depth, haven't figured out how to use them yet. Guess it was my mistake for ordering them.
I am so excited to start making different kinds of tarts and quiches ! This is a beautiful, high quality set of 3 trays. The silicone is thick and feels good to the touch. The sizes of the molds are perfect- not too big or too small. Since there are 3 trays, one can easily be gifted to a friend that likes to cook/bake. Great buy!
