Listing details changes a bit.
When I ordered these, I distinctly remember the listing saying 8". I can't prove that, but that's what I remember. The current listing details the correct size which is slightly smaller than 8". Here's the deal, they still work, but if you want this to be tight to the edge of you 8" rounds, there will be a little gap. With that said, I have an 8" cake pan that has really rounded edges and these are a good fit.I wouldn't put these in the dishwasher as they are just small enough to slip through or stop the upper arm from spinning.I only baked and worked dough with this as I don't have an air fryer. They are good and made clean up a lot easier. Especially for something messy like a sourdough apple pancake. I will certainly use this with anything that has caramelization like pineapple upside down cakes.
