Loose Handle on the Largest Knife

The knife set was received without any delivery damage, but the handle on the largest knife was loose. I requested a replacement knife set to be shipped. Unfortunately, the handle on the largest knife of the replacement set was also loose. Both sets have been returned, so I did not have the opportunity to test them in the kitchen. I was disappointed with the recurring issue with the handles, as the knives themselves were aesthetically pleasing and felt good in my hand.
