I Hated Using These!
Arrived quickly and in good condition.Up your culinary game and impress your family and friends with these fancy and stylish kitchen knives.They are so beautifully designed, with oriental landscapes engraves into the blades, that i almost wanted to just hang them up in the kitchen as wall art, and not use them. Alas, I had to try them for this review.Very sharp, with unusual shaping, they cut through everything with ease. The hole on the upper corner of each blade allows for your finger to keep the blade balanced during cutting. The handles fit your hand perfectly and are comfortable to use.Almost a mixture of different cultures goes into this set, with a Viking styled knife for chopping veggies and fruits. The Serbian chef knife will make cutting through whole chickens a breeze, or slicing roasts for that fancy Sunday dinner. Finally there's the Oriental styled cleaver. Great for separating ribs or chops, all together, they're a fantastic set for the price.At less than forty dollars, I might have to get another set of these to do what i wanted to do in the first place. Get some hooks and hang them on the kitchen wall!

Nice design and look
Well, these butcher knives have a nice look about them and are designed well, but they’re not really suitable for high intensity kitchen work. I have them outside at my barbecue, just in case I need some meat choppers. The blades are rather thin and not very heavy or sharp. Definitely not folded steel. The handles are made of real wood but unfinished. I rubbed them down with vegetable oil just to give them a nicer look. The handles are comfortable in the hand and they are easy to use. In my opinion, these work well for outside bbq knives and conversation pieces, but not so well for heavy kitchen work.
