This discrepancy is puzzling and disappointing, especially within a single set. That said, the one high-quality knife is a joy to use, with its razor-sharp edge and beautiful sound.On the plus side, the wooden handles are perfect—comfortable, stylish, and durable. The blades are incredibly sharp right out of the box, and the rough, unpolished tops give the knives a primitive, rugged aesthetic that I absolutely love. They look fantastic displayed on my magnetic strip, adding a touch of rustic charm to my kitchen.One odd omission is the lack of care instructions. For a set of knives this unique, some guidance on maintenance would have been appreciated. The set includes a 7" Serbian Chef Knife, a 7" Butcher Meat Cleaver, and a 6.5" Viking Knife, all showing impressive craftsmanship.So far, I've only tested the Serbian knife, using it to chop root vegetables.
