Best knives ever!

I cook a lot, so I'm really picky about my knives. This is probably the third set of gotten in the last year or so, and I'm so glad I did! These knives are great!! Really comfortable grip, they're very sharp, and I just love everything about them. I think these will be my favorites from now on. They are a little more expensive, but worth every penny! Highly recommend.

The product description says 8" Chef's Knife, 7" Santoku Knife, 3.5" Paring Knife,But the photos provided show two equal length knives: 8"chef and 8" slicing knife. The items received are the latter.The knives are pretty well balanced and comfortableThe slicing knife isn't designed too well. Your fingers are on the slicing blade, when held properly.Knives are sharp, but for a "straight from the manufacturer" blade, they're not as sharp as expected.Made in China

These knives. I love them so very much that they have become the only ones I go for. I am just a novice home chef but I have been cooking for a long time and I know what I like. The small one, which I hesitate to call a paring knife as it is a litter bigger than post paring knives, has become my most favorite knife in the house. They cut like butter and the handle is so comfortable, ergonomic even. I love the balance and heft, they have improved my knife skills so much.

Solid knife set!

Very solid set here of three knifes and really the most usable three knifes in most kitches!! I have this to my son who is in culinary school and he loves them!! He has used them for a few weeks now and said the knifes have held up very well! He likes the solid construction and the full tang feel. The knives are attractive and usable. I would mention that the grip is a big smaller for my hand, but I have basketball sized hands.Packaging was well done and I do not see it breaking in transport.I would recommend this product at the price point of $50-+70I received this product for review. I was not paid for my opinion, I have not been contacted by the seller, and my opinion is my own honest opinion for better or worse. The only difference between my normal reviews and my Vine reviews, are I try to go more in depth out of courtesy for others and in respect of the program itself. I also still have to pay taxes, actually use the product, and spend time writing this. I borrowed this initial format from another vine program reviewer, but did not get his name so whomever you are, thank you!!! My impression overall of the vine program as since the sellers know we are free to leave our honest opinion, they believe in their products before putting them into the program!! Very, very sharp and and nice looking/feeling knives

At $60 for the set, this is a great deal. The knives arrived in a beautiful package, and ridiculously sharp. I cut up a cabbage and it barely took more than the weight of the knife to slice through. I just sliced an orange and a lemon and was able to slice so thin that I could see through the lemon. With high-carbon stainless, it should retain its edge for a long time, provided the cutting board is not too hard. Sharpening will probably require patience, as a knife that resist dulling also resists sharpening.The knifes have a nice shape and a beautiful wood handle. I, being a dimwit, put them in the dishwasher. That is a mistake with real wood, and now I will need to oil them to restore the finish. Out of the box they were beautiful.Not too much more to say, other than these deserve to be in a nice knife block or similar way of keeping them front-and-center in your kitchen. Again, at $60 these are a easy choice!
