Was not satisfied at all. This is the 2nd time I've purchased this "sort of opener/peeler" and neither product worked and for both purchases, the metal piece wasn't even attached. Wasn't impressed at all...I threw them in the garbage.
Just ok. Keeps the shell from breaking all over the counter. Shell gets a little stuck inside, but keeps from getting shell fragments.
There's 8 people in our household so we use a lot of eggs for cooking baking and just eating. My daughter thought this was the coolest thing ever because of how quick it is. She opened 17 eggs in less than 2 minutes. I took a video and had her open it cracking upward to show how easy it works but it is way faster being cracked facing downward which i couldn't include because i can only put one video. It's super easy too and not one piece of shell fell in. The yolks also stayed intact and didn't burst open when cracking although we just scrambled the bunch anyway. This is definitely worth the money and one of the few not gimmicky kitchen gadgets i have. It's also super easy to clean too.
This does not work it smashes into the egg too much, but it tears the entire thing in half
