Well made. Quality spring pan! I made a cheese cake and it turned out perfect. I used the silicone mat and I was happy I did. Just a little miner wetness but it saved me from any oven clean up. Love the sizes too.

I can't get the bottom to stay on after I used it once. Maybe operator error for sure. Otherwise they okay I guess. I am nit completely sure cause have not made cheesecake before. This my first time using this. Hopes it helps.
If you were to judge this book by its cover (or in this case judge a cake set by its box) you might be tempted to walk past it. Here’s what you’d be missing out on.Pros:+ This is a great value!+ The pans are a nice range of sizes. You get a 10”, 8 1/4”, 6 3/4”, and a cute little 4 1/2” springform pan+ It comes with 10” silicone form that can be placed under any of the pans, but that fits the 10” perfectly. If you’re working with a very thin batter this would catch any that manage to leak out.+ That silicone form can be used on its own for tartes or other desserts+ It comes with three different tools for smoothing or texturing icing+ They threw in pre-cut 10” parchment paper+ These are every bit as sturdy and well made as my much more expensive springform pans and they are a fraction of the cost!Cons:- I know that presentation shouldn’t matter, but there’s something incredibly cheap about the graphics on the box. It looks like something that you’d find at a dollar store. Looking at the box I still can’t believe this nice set came from that box. If you buy this as a gift, you might want to put it in a different box.- The package doesn’t include care instructions. I think springform pans should always be hand washed. If you scratch the surface or if you use harsh detergents (like for a dishwasher) it will result in the exposed steel rusting. Just hand washed it instead. It has a nice finish and it shouldn’t be difficult to clean.
This set of springform pans is a great addition to my kitchen. They are high quality and have a very snug fit. When I close the clasp, I don't worry the batter will leak out. Also included is a silicone mat (it's not flat, it's formed to shape the 10-in pan) to put the pan in for a water bath if you're concerned. Cleaning is easy as they snap apart. The four different sizes give you a great variety of baking capacity. The set is a great value for all 4 pans and the hard plastic spatulas are wonderful for styling frosting. Word of advice, the pans are rust resistant, but make sure everything is thoroughly dry before assembling and storing.
Normally I've done all my baking with typical cake pans or disposable pie tins, so I was curious to try making a tiered cake using springform pans. Aside from just being careful about the baking times, I found the pans very easy to use and clean. The frosting tools were a nice addition that let me play around with some designs I wouldn't have been able to achieve with a spatula. I haven't used the silicone pie mold yet, but I am really curious to see how that goes because I have very hit or miss luck with store bought crusts. I also have a very small kitchen with limited space, so the fact all these pans easily nest into a compact footprint is a welcome feature.
