Easy to use, good quality, doesn't take up much space - SCORE
Got this for the kitchen in our new building. Some staff wanted hot chocolate, others wanted to do some fancy coffee stuff. Went with this item to satisfy both groups (along with a nice coffee maker from Fellows). I am surprised at how much I actually like this and have used it. Hot chocolate is easy (as are the other things you can do with it) - fill it up with milk or cream, hit a button, wait, done! Clean up is easy enough and the foam is thick when using either whole milk or half and half. Staff seems happy so what more can you ask for. I was actually considering getting one for my apartment. It's small enough that it can be tucked out of the way.

I'm pleased that I purchased this after a thorough period of research, which led me to believe it would be the best option for use with plant-based milk and would be cost-effective. After a few trials, I have now perfected the best hot chocolate with a frothy top.It takes longer to make hotcocoa than what it says on the instructions. To heat milk, you have to repeat twice. One round only gives you lukewarm milk. To make the hot cocoa, I heat the milk, then the hot chocolate, and froth it at the end. It takes longer, but the result is satisfactory.

I bought this milk frother in June 2025, paid $49.99 It works really well & I use it everyday. The minimum line is about 4oz of half & half, I press the hot foam button & set a timer for 1 min. Then I turn on my electric tea kettle which has about 8 oz of water. They both finish about the same time. I use Nescafe Gold Expresso coffee, pour my hot water and 1-2 tsp of honey and mix well. Then I add all of the frothed 1/2 & 1/2. The coffee comes out fantastic every time! Even better than cappuccinos I've had at coffee shops. It would be nice if it came with 2 wisks though. I couldn't find the wisk on Amazon so I had to contact the seller and they gave replied with ( You can directly search for whisk with this code: B0F6N7HN27 on Amazon, and the first result is the one.) It costs $9.99. Now that I've looked more closely, the picture below is in the amazon listing if you keep scrolling down, click on "Buy Wisk" -- Cleaning: take the wisk apart and hand wash, put in a safe place to dry. If you pay $3.00 for a cappuccino and buy on everyday for 30 days, that's $90.00! You can make your own in less time than it takes to drive to the coffee shop.

Outstanding gadget. Now I can’t drink anything if I don’t brought some creamer or milk for it. This thing is not only efficient, but it is very quick by the time I’ve proved my coffee it has finished making my topping. It has different settings that you can use for a cold or warm froth, warm mik, or hot chocolate. I like that it’s stainless steel. I have another that does a really good job, but it’s Teflon and I’ve had two of them now and had to return them because within a couple of months of use the inside, Teflon starts to disintegrate and that makes me uncomfortable. So, I prefer this stainless steel option. Do you keep in mind that if you are frothing your creamer or milk you’re gonna need more than you would if you were just using your creamer. At least I find I do. The heat level is pretty perfect. It’s not too hot and it’s not too cold. Super easy to clean. Probably the easiest gadget, I have in my kitchen just pour in your milk or creamer and push whatever button you want walk away. It gets done in about a 90 seconds. It’s a lot faster than even advertised. I’ve done some experimenting and I’ve made my phone toppers with different flavors using coffee topping flavors and they are scrumptious. I highly recommend this as a purchase. It is also an excellent gift to give to somebody who’s a coffee or smoothie lover.
