Absolutely Love this pan. Sprayed really good with non stick spray. This pan is perfect for lasagna. It’s deee enough to get 2 layers in and still have room to put the lid on top while cooking. Pan washed up very nicely and easily and woudl definitely recommend if you need a drop lasagna pan. It’s pretty light weight too but very sturdy not flimsy when it is fully loaded. Definitely recommend if you’re on the fence!
This pan is very deep, and I love that I can make multiple layered lasagna in it. Most lasagna pans only allow me to get two layers of pasta in there if I'm lucky. I like to put lots of things in my lasagna like meat, vegetables, and sometimes even eggplant. I find by the time I add all of that with layers of multiple kinds of cheeses (mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan) I usually can't fit many layers of pasta. This is not a problem with this pan! In fact, if I was going to say there was a problem at all I would almost say it's too big! But that's only because I was making lasagna for one person. But I had plenty of leftovers in the freezer and enjoyed lasagna for many weeks afterwards!The pan is high quality stainless steel and did not have that awful nickel smell that some cheap stainless steel has.I also very much appreciate that this pan has a stainless steel lid for it. It's not good to cook tomato sauce or other acidic foods and cover it with aluminum foil, because one can end up with aluminum in their food when doing so. And baking lasagna for a long time without covering it can result in very dry lasagna and/or burnt cheese on top, so being able to cover it without worrying about getting aluminum in my food was a bonus for me.I would say if you were going to bring a lasagna or another large dish of food to a potluck or picnic the lid is also helpful to be able to easily lift it up, serve food, and cover it again to keep flies out at picnics or just keep the food fresh and moist (and warm if applicable).
This works great for lasagna and cleans easily after the lasagna too. The pan has good weight and appears very durable. I love the lid too. This made a great gift!
Perfect size for lasagna. My lasagna cooked evenly and was perfect. The pan is very easy to use and is very easy to clean.
I thought the pan itself would be of a heavier gauge of 304 Stainless Steel. The visible spot welds show how production quality was not of paramount importance. Would I buy it again? Probably not… I’d spent 10-15 extra dollars on a more robust product.
Loved this product. Used for Christmas lasagna. They cooked perfectly and the clean up was easy. Highly recommend!!
I love this pan! It’s wonderful for lasagna. I love that it has a lid which helps keep my oven clean from splattering. It also cleans really easily as nothing sticks to it. I would definitely recommend getting this pan’
