A must for celiac's or anyone who wants healthy food to eat!

I bought these salad jars because I have celiac so I can bring my own food on the go! They are spacious 3 cup/24 ounces. These can be used for more than salad, soup, yogurt, snacks. They are a great quality and easy clean dishwasher safe. I have not tried the sporks with it yet. It comes with 2 of those. They seal is on the insert cup that holds dressing, fruit or nuts perfectly so nothing spills if it tips. I have knocked it over a few times while preparing them and they didn't crack or break. I do a lot of food batch prep. It has kept my food up to 2 days fresh. It comes in a set of 4 perfect for family. Great quality for price. I was excited to write a review for this!

Perfect for meal prepping office lunch

This is a great set! I commute to work 3x a week and use this for meal prepping lunch. They're huge, and you can put anything - salads, bowls, etc. in it. They also come with sporks (not pictured) and salad containers that screw into the top lid.Unfortunately these are not microwave safe, which is why I bumped down a star :(
