Perfect for my needs

Very pleased with these little springform pans. I wanted to make mini (6") cheesecakes to give as holiday gifts, and these are perfectly sized. No leaks, very easy to release. I also purchased silicone pans and used them with the springforms for the water bath, and they came out amazing. I made a total of 9 cheesecakes, and each one baked evenly with no cracks. Clean up is a breeze, just toss in the dishwasher (the pans, not the cheesecakes). :)

Perfect size for the two of us

I like to make cheese cake however the larger spring form pan is a little too big for just the two of us. This set of the smaller pans lets me make one or several.
