So while not great for most other stuff.. the are great for merrychef ovens. They manage to last a good bit longer than the name brand matts FROM merrychef, and much cheaper to buy. These last a few months or so, which to me is great for standards of price and quality comparison. I saw bad reviews for reasons of home use, dont recommend for that, but if for restaurant purpose to use with merrychefs, thisll be one of your better options.

These Teenyyou PTFE soild oven baskets are just alright. They are a great everyday size for baking but they are much more flimsy than expected. They arrived a little dirty but they're easy to clean and food doesn't stick easily.
These work well and hold up to the heat but are very floppy so you have to be careful to make sure you have they paddle completely under them or they will spill.
These "trays" are not sturdy at all, which makes it difficult to take them out of the oven. They do very well in heat, however, and are very easy to clean. Would not recommend.
