Beautiful but…

I ordered the set of 4 to use these for family meals. Right out of the box they look beautiful, but upon closer look and feel the cutting boards have some sharp edges along the groves , rough surfaces especially along the more rounded, deep parts and one cutting board looks like it has wood filler. For the set they come out to about $13 each which is honestly cheap compared to anything comparable. I hope they hold up after multiple washes and uses.

Lovely, just require extra care

I recently got the Acacia Wood Steak Plates and have been impressed overall, though they’re not perfect.The wood itself is beautiful—rich, warm tones with a nice grain that makes each plate feel unique. The deep grooves around the edges do a great job of catching juices from steaks or other meats, which helps keep the table clean. The hidden handles carved into the sides are a thoughtful touch, making it easy to carry and serve food without awkward grips.The plates are sturdy and heavy enough to feel substantial, but still comfortable to hold while eating. I’ve used them for everything from steak dinners to cheese and charcuterie spreads, and they make for an attractive presentation.On the downside, these plates need extra care. The wood isn’t treated with any waterproof sealant, so I had to oil them regularly to prevent cracking and warping. They’re also not dishwasher safe, which means hand washing is necessary and drying thoroughly is important to avoid damage. After a few washes, some light staining occurred where acidic foods sat longer, which is something to keep in mind.Additionally, because of the deep grooves, crumbs and juices can sometimes get stuck in the crevices, so cleaning takes a bit more effort compared to flat plates.Overall, these Acacia Wood Steak Plates strike a nice balance between rustic charm and functionality. They look great and work well for casual entertaining, but they require a bit of upkeep to stay in good condition. I’d recommend them for anyone who appreciates natural wood serving pieces and doesn’t mind a little extra care.
