I use them often for fruits, vegetables, and casserole-style dishes, and they perform consistently well. The mats lift out easily, keeping the trays clean and dry, which saves time during cleanup. Because food rarely sticks, I often use the mats like a funnel to guide contents directly into Mylar bags—no crumbling, no mess.That said, they don’t fully replace parchment paper in my experience. For wetter, sloppier foods that tend to cling—like soups or saucy leftovers—parchment still does a better job of releasing cleanly. These mats shine for drier or solid foods, but it’s good to have both options on hand depending on what you’re processing.I would absolutely recommend them.
