I bought this to replace the original straw lid on my Stanley tumbler and to help prevent spills — and it works perfectly! The fit is snug, no leaks at all, and the flip straw makes it super convenient to drink from. It feels sturdy and just as good as the original, maybe even better because it seals tighter.I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it if you need a reliable replacement lid for your Stanley.
**Update. I may order another set. The first one of two lids broke and could have been one of my kids or me so I’ll see on the second lid, glad they send two. I still like them but I took the straw off that goes onto the cup. Makes it a little hard to pull the liquid up to drink. Another reviewer said he took a small drill bit and made the air hole in the top larger. I haven’t tried that yet but so far I still like them. Oh if you do break the lid, where it has a split cracked all the way across the top, they’ll leak. But until it got broke it never leaked, and I mix my fitness drink in it and shake the daylights out of it and still no leaks, so it’s worked well for me.******So far so good, fit my offbrand Stanley wanna be 40 ounce perfectly. Others said they leak. I haven’t been able to get this one to leak even when I turned it upside down shake it. I really like the fliptop better than the straw type that comes with a Stanley and other brands. This one has a spout that flips up and flips back down out of the way so bugs don’t crawl on it. Very good value for the money. The one I picked with with a black and white colors fit better than the lid that came with the cup. Definitely a keeper. I may order some more just for back up.
The lid fits my 40 oz Stanley perfectly. I’ve been searching for a good one for the past few months, and this one finally works! It feels sturdy, easy to clean, and mostly leak-resistant. Not completely leakproof if tipped, but great for daily use. Good quality for the price!
The lids fits good, and works great! My only complaint is when you put the lid on, the straw doesn’t line up on the side of the cup. It’s always it’s always right in front of the handle or directly across from the handle. Not a huge deal but took some getting used to.
The lid is good and water tight. However the included straws are very cheap quality. They are very thin and break easily. I was removing one to clean it wasn't even squeezing it very hard to pull it out and it deformed where i was squeezing. I'll have to purchase better straws as I do like the lid otherwise.The parts are fairly easy to take apart and clean. The first couple of times it was a bit difficult to remove the parts as they were very tight. However it seems to loosen up. I am not sure if the parts will eventually stop going back together after some time though as they are just pressure fit and may become too loose. Only time will tell.
