Great prices versus competitors for same quality product
Great price for an insulated cup versus the competitors. No issues at all with keeping liquids cold for a length of time. I've knocked it over twice and nothing spilled out. The lid/straw insert secures the straw in there so it's not moving around. Seems to be durable and a good product overall.

Flawed design if you're left handed; great mug other than that
I love the color - Wisteria is the perfect lavender shade. I got this primarily for my morning coffee and it keeps it hot the whole time (I haven't had coffee in there longer than an hour, but it's hot that whole hour).The negatives are that I am left handed and there is no way to put the lid on so that you can hold the mug in your left hand and drink out of the lid (I have to either hold the handle in my right hand, which is awkward, or just hold the side of the cup with my left hand, looking forlornly at the unused handle - I specifically wanted a cup with a handle!) I have tried putting the lid on from every possible angle but the way the grooves are, it always stops turning at the same place, with the spout on the opposite side of the cup than I need to hold the handle with my left hand. (If you are using the straw, this won't matter; it's only if you want to drink straight out of the lid).The other (small) negative is that when I get to the last few sips, a couple drops do start to come out of the small air hole at the top when I'm tilting the cup...but I guess this just lets me know I'm almost done with my coffee.I really like the mug other than those 2 things, and it was a great price. I just wish I could use the handle!

I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg to carry water around with me, that I don't even want to drink anyways, but this tumbler has actually gotten me to drink SO much water.Bottom shaped to fit perfectly in cup holders.Amazingly insulated. I cannot drink water unless it's ICE COLD. This cup keeps my water cold till the last drop.Handle. (Self explanatory)Comes with 2 straws and a little straw cleaner thingy.I love the look and functionality of it.The only bad things: (my fault)1) If you drop this on concrete, you will have missing paint. The paint on these are not the most durable but honestly, it was concrete. Most things don't even survive dropping on concrete. The dings were only in the paint. Not in the cup. And honestly, not that big of a deal.2) This was COMPLETELY my fault. When I first received the tumbler, I tried to remove the silicone piece to see if it's removable... therefore, will need cleaning. It is REALLY in there. So, I did not know it was removable. IT IS. lol. Use tweezers and finger strength, you'll get it out of there. CLEAN IT. I didn't (for months!!!) and now need a replacement.I'm buying this again. 10/10 recommend
