Handy for Small Bowls, but Quantity and Size Are Not as Advertised
This bowl cover set was disappointing compared to the listing. It was advertised as a 400-piece pack, but I only received a single package containing 200 covers. Additionally, the maximum stretch size is about 13 inches, which is roughly 3.5 inches smaller than what was advertised.The plastic is very thin and not something I would consider reusable. It is thinner and less elastic than plastic wrap, and very similar to the disposable hair caps used in salons. They work fine for small dinner bowls and even fit an 8-inch pie pan, and I do like that the clear plastic makes it easy to see the contents inside. However, they do not stretch far enough to cover a standard dinner plate, and if stretched too much, they tear easily.While the bowl covers are convenient and do save time compared to washing reusable covers, they are not environmentally friendly due to being disposable. Overall, they are only suitable for smaller bowls, and receiving half the advertised quantity with a smaller than listed stretch size was disappointing.
