Okay, I’m officially a juicing convert, and it’s all thanks to this machine. I was a little nervous switching from my old, loud centrifugal juicer, but the Airpher cold press is in a completely different league.First off, the build quality is fantastic. It has some weight to it and feels really solid, not like cheap plastic that’s going to crack. Assembly was way easier than I expected. Everything just clicks together logically.But the real magic is in the juice. The difference is unbelievable. It’s so much smoother and there’s ZERO pulp. I mean it. I made carrot and apple juice, and it came out perfectly clear and silky. The way it separates the dry pulp from the juice is just brilliant.
