Handy to have if you hate cleaning the air fryer. Does curl and fold in if food not out to edges.

I don't have any experience with air fryer liners as I recently decided to give them a try when I realized that these exist and it's kind of a pain to clean the air fryer basket.First of all, I got the wrong size. These are a little big for my tiny air fryer and that's 100% my fault. I'm still using them, but they don't lay flat for me. I have no doubt they're perfect for the actual air fryer size they are recommended for.They say not to use them during preheat or they may burn. This is an issue for me because I don't know that I've ever preheated my air fryer. I always pop everything in and turn it on. I actually thought one of the beauties of air frying was that it didn't require preheating. Again....this is a user error issue. Not a reflection of the product. Just wanted to point it out for others who may not know about preheating.These do catch cheese or things that would make a mess in the air fryer but the grease from things did seep through to the bottom of the paper. Based on what I've read from other people, this is normal, as the liner needs to allow air flow through the product, which makes sense. Just pointing it out in case it matters to you.It recommends that you place items on the outer edge to keep the liner from curling and folding in. I noticed that as I took things out as they were cooked, it did curl up and fold in. Not a huge deal, but something to note. And since these are a little too big for my air fryer, once it curled up, the paper did burn.This product does what it's advertised to do and they tell you how to use it successfully, but for me, the work of preheating and worrying about curling and folding and burning just makes it not worth the effort it takes to wash the basket and skip the liner. Personal preference and not at all a reflection on the product, which is why I still gave it 5 stars.

Saves me a lot of cleaning

I like using my air fryer to quickly cook a variety of foods, but I hate cleaning it. I use my dishwasher to wash my dishes, and due to sensory issues I hate hand washing them, but the air fryer can't be dishwashed. That's why I like paper liners for my air fryer, it keeps it clean and then requires much less hand washing. Sometimes crumbs/oil still gets on the drawer basket, but overall, these keep it way cleaner. The only downside with these is that if the basket is not full, the edges do curl up and can cover the food, or can actually end up getting sucked up into the top and can even burn. However, that is not specific to this product but also others like it that I've tried in the past. These liners are thin but work well to keep the basket clean without ripping or tearing, and I like that it comes with 125 in the package so it will last me quite a while. The plastic clamshell container the liners come in is convenient to keep them clean, dry, and in their shape between uses. I feel that the current price of about $11 is justified since they work well and you get a big supply of them that will last a while, seems like a good value to me. Since they have worked well for me so far, performed as expected, and I find them to be a good value for the money, I do recommend these air fryer paper liners to other air fryer owners looking to keep their machines cleaner.

Convenient and Good Value With Tradeoffs

These liners do exactly what I wanted them to do, which is reduce how often I have to clean my air fryer. Cutting parchment paper to size every time gets old fast, and having these pre cut liners is much more convenient. They are non stick and oil proof, and they hold up well during cooking without burning or falling apart.The main thing to be aware of is the size. They feel a bit more shallow than I expected, so they do not come up the sides very much. Another important consideration is airflow. When placed directly under the food, they block airflow from the bottom, which does affect cooking performance. This is more of a limitation of using liners in general rather than a flaw with this specific product.To work around that, I place the liner underneath the inner basket to catch oil and crumbs. This keeps the outer basket clean but still requires cleaning the inner basket. It is not perfect, but it still saves time. For around 11 dollars for 125 liners, I think the value is solid, and they are worth buying as long as you understand the airflow tradeoff.

Definitely less work cleaning the basket

I have used air fryer liners before and was not happy with them. The ones I had before were flat and had holes in them (on purpose). These ones are pre-shaped and obviously designed to fit in square baskets. The description says for 5 to 8 quarts, mine is a 6 quart and they fit fine.They list two suggestions on the paper that comes with the product. One is to preheat your fryer before putting the liner in. The second one is a bit confusing, let me translate the Chinglish, “ put food on the sides of the line 1st to prevent curling.” That means put the food around the outside edges of the basket. I did that with the frozen fried ravioli and it worked well. My concern was how the liner would work when you were required to shake the basket part way through the cooking cycle to ensure even cooking. I tried this with some french fries and though the liner did move none of the fries fell off of the liner. this was obviously due to the fact that the liner is preformed and basically has.”walls”.The liners are packaged well in a reusable plastic container. Included is a discount code for 10% off of your next purchase. I would surely purchase these again, but I think 125 liners should last me quite a while.Cleaning the basket and the tray in the basket was always a chore that I dreaded. These liners allow me to clean less often, and the cleaning requires far less effort. I recommend this product. They surely rate the five stars.
