Updated review after using for 2 weeks. Do NOT recommend this travel mug!!
EDIT TO UPDATE!!! (Updated on 11/28/23)After continuing to use this travel mug the past week or so, my opinion completely changed. Initially I LOVED it. But now, it is basically useless. I saw another person had the same issue, so I seriously hope the manufacturer takes notice and fixes the very real problem.The screw on lid no longer closes. It will just spin, without the threading catching so it can actually close tight. A couple days after first getting it, I began to notice that often the lid would suddenly be loosened all on its own. I am only using it for iced drinks if that matters. But when it would tighten it, it would close again.(I am also not using it on a blender. I solely used it as a travel mug with ice water or lemonade with ice.)But just tonight, when I tried to close it, it would not tighten. At all. It just spins and spins and never catches. So now, the only way to use it is knowing the lid is pretty much just sitting there, and using a straw. (Btw I had to buy a long straw since it didn’t come with one. So I spent $10 on an extra long straw that tilts at the end, ONLY to use with this cup. I found it ridiculous that a tumbler with this price point didn’t already come with a long straw of its own. But I digress.)I only ever hand washed this tumbler. It never went in the dishwasher. I didn’t even use detergent on it since I would immediately rinse it out after each use.I no longer recommend this product at all. In fact, I urge against buying it. This totally fit the bill.I am disabled with mobility issues, so even when I am home I prefer to use a large tumbler so I don’t have to make as many trips downstairs to the kitchen. This baby has me covered!!The lid screws on easily on first try, something I appreciate compared to some travel mugs I’ve previously owned. The seal is tight. The design is sleek and looks fantastic. I tested it with iced lemonade, and even two hours later, the ice cubes hadn’t melted. I like my cold drinks COLD and my hot drinks HOT so I am thrilled with this travel mug.The only downside is it has no way to use a straw if you prefer to do that since the spout is really wide, and a standard travel mug straw just disappears into the cup since this tumbler is so tall. I wish it came with an extra tall plastic straw AND a way to use it in the screw on lid. For that reason alone I did take off one star. But other than that I really love it.I absolutely think it’s a great value and will last a long time.

Nice idea, but....
This is a nice idea but the lid does not screw on tightly and I can even put it on or take it off without turning it. It has a nice silicone seal but the screw threads are minimal so I do not understand why, as the rest of this tumbler is great. and where is the vent hole? I suppose if you use a straw you do not need the vent hole. For the price this just does meet the standards but it could be improved if they add a vent hole that is one way and solve the fit problem with the lid. I literally can pick it up by the lid and the lid just pulls right off. Simply put the lid is too small so it does not fit.
