Handy Dispenser
I've only used it once and that was to make pancakes. It worked very well for that purpose. I was able to make uniform size pancakes and able to put the batter exactly where I wanted it. A small dish (6 &3/4") fit perfectly in the base of the holding stand that caught the minimal batter drips that were inevitable after dispensing batter. While I would have preferred a "mug" style handle the horizontal straight style one worked well and is a good on board storage receptical for the four pour size tips included with the unit. My only problem is finding a good place to store it while not in use due to its unusual shape.😁

Mess free pancakes
I love this kitchen gadget. Its the perfect size can keep it right on my counter. The quality is amazing, there's no mess and it doesn't weak on the counter. I use it for making my cupcakes as well.

Why didn't I get this sooner!
I used to make cupcakes a lot and getting back into it. I LOVE this gadget. Must have for bakers.1. Less mess. #1 reason. The days of spoon drips are over. I can eye measure better by just a squeeze of the handle.2. Simple to use. I did buy another type with the cover and sidway squeeze vs top squeeze but my hand was either too small or it was the placement of my hand. In order to fully open the hole on the other gadget I had to place my hand near the bottom of the handle and it would pinch my palm which I didn't want to be traumatize every time I used it. Lol.3. Cleaning is easy. I used a soft brush to help for quick clean as you can't put a sponge in because of the spring, there is not enough room. Could soak it or use hot water.4. Silicone plug works well. Open batter flows out. Close no drip. There is leftover batter after each squeeze but hey baking is messy. When I was washing it, water did not seep.5. The holder is a must. I'm glad someone put thought into it.6. Fits one pkg of batter7. Saves time! I watched a video on the other gadget i tried and seem like the batter poured slow. I'm thinking I dint have time or patience to watch and wait for the batter to drop out. Lol.8. Different options for hole size. Not sure if it is a must but better than no options as the other gadget did not have any and it only opened 3/4 of the way when you squeezed from the middle of handle. I haven't use it with chocolate chips or fruit yet so will test it later. Why I have it a 4.9. First time use. Not sure how well this will hold up so will see.I didn't find too many types. I went with this one because of the option of the hole sizes.

Seems to be well built and I appreciate the larger funnel size to hold more batter. So far we've only used it for pancakes but I also like the various size tips as other similar devices I've tried, release the batter waaaay to slow, requiring that I add more liquid which stinks.

It leaks, but it is still handy to use.
This is a great kitchen tool for making miniature size pancakes for my young nephew. I make up a bunch and freeze them so I always have them on hand when he visits. The only downside is it does leak.

Very handy, for a different use
I bought this for another use...filling honey bottles from harvest. Honey gets really messy, especially when filling smaller bottles. Honey is thick, does not poor easily, and when you stop, it tends to leak over the rim. I racked my brain on what to get to make my life easier, then I stumbled onto this device. Pancake batter is viscous, like honey. I can fill this dispenser, fill my bottles, and when I release the handle they honey flow stops. This is so much easier and worth every penny. It comes with different opening tips, so I can find the one that works best for me.
