The olive green color is what caught my attention.

This is a review for the "Nuaims 40 oz Premium Steel Tumbler" that was priced at $24.99 at the time I obtained it.I have been looking for a 40 oz mug that wasnt as spendy as "the big name one". Although this one was more than I had thought Id get one for...the fact that it was in olive green sealed the deal for me. ( the pictures dont seem to show how pretty the olive green really is though). It seems to keep the ice fairly well and my drink stays cold for as long as any of the others Ive had. I dont ever put hot drinks in these so all i tried it with was ice water and tea. The lid was kinda challenging to screw on and I had to start over and get the treads lined up after my first attempt didnt get it on there straight. The handle screws in and both screws are exposed which Ive not seen before, and not sure how they will hold up over time. But for now Im satisfied with it as is!

Not A Tumbler… A THUMBLER!

The Thumbler is a unique variation of the usual Tumbler that we are all familiar with, except that the Thumbler comes with a crooked top. Otherwise, the Thumbler is pretty much the same as your standard 40 oz Tumbler.While the normal Tumbler has the drinking spout in the six-o-clock position when screwed on correctly, the Thumbler top's drinking spout only lands in either the three o'clock or the nine o'clock position. No amount of adjusting the top seems to be able to rectify this oddity. If it doesn't annoy you to have your drinking spout in a weird position, then you should be fine.Use: The Thumbler doesn't seem to keep drinks hot or cold quite as long as its competitor, the dollar store Tumbler that I have been using at work for several months. I took the Thumbler to work instead for a week, and found that my hot tea became cold about two or three hours earlier than when I use the dollar store Tumbler.Also, the Thumbler, despite its name, has no thumb rest! When I carry my old dollar store Tumbler, I can hook my thumb into the edge of the top to carry it comfortably. This Thumbler on the other hand has no place to grasp it with the thumb, making carrying it rather awkward. It can't be carried in a lowered position but has to be held only by the handle, which is difficult when it's full and heavy.The final verdict? Although the Thumbler is pretty, and one of my work-mates asked where I got it, in the end I went back to using my dollar store $7 Tumbler because it keeps my tea hot longer and has a thumb ridge for proper low-position carry.

This 40-oz tumbler is a great option for carrying water with you throughout the day. It’s mostly spill-proof—while a small amount can leak around the straw area, it definitely helps prevent what would otherwise be a major spill if you catch it in time.I’m a bit unsure about the claim that it keeps water cold for 24 hours. The ice I add usually melts after a couple of hours, although the water itself does stay cool for many more hours after that.I really enjoy having the handle, but it’s designed specifically for right-handed use if you want the straw to line up comfortably with your mouth. I wish there were an option to switch the straw or handle position.Overall, it’s been a great cup so far, but I’m still deciding whether I like it better than the 40-oz water bottle I’ve been using for years.
