I absolutely love these. The stainless steel is thick with ridges on the bottom to increase durability. They feel very solid and smooth. The cover works very well and is heavy thick glass with a seal all the way around. I can see which leftovers are inside. The vent works great to release the air. The food keeps well. Reheating without the cover in the oven works great. I am so happy with this option. So much lighter than glass and so much healthier than plastic! They stack in a small space and will not break.

lid won't fit tightly

There is nothing to hold the lid onto the container, and my delivery was an open box (not a big problem, for me). So, the largest container was already open - the lid won't seal - it's as if the metal is not square or the lid isn't, I dunno which. For $45.00 for 3 small containers, I expected a sealed container which would keep flour or food, but this won't seal unless I keep something on it - duct tape, lol.
