Good sifter

These sifters are decently well made for the price. I miss the old style sifter with a handle and a wiper to force the material being sifted through. The work well enough though and are easy to clean up.

A size for every purpose

These seem to be well made sieves with deep wells to accommodate a lot of flour. The set came with four sieves. I'll make use of the two smallest, but the two largest are likely too big for my purposes. But since they nest conveniently for storage, I'll hold onto the larger ones just in case.
