Sharp!

Woooo, these things are sharp!I took each one out and examined them. They are attractive knives but I find the sheaths to be rather cheap looking. No matter. The knives themselves are wicked sharp!I decided to test one on a carrot, just to see how easily it would slice it. It cut through it so easily! In fact, I cut the carrot on the plastic bag I was storing it in and the knife sliced the bag as well.I did the paper test you see on tv and each knife cut the paper like it was nothing. When I was done, I washed the knife I had used to cut the carrot and it cut my washcloth! I’ll need to use extra caution with these.I suppose I should mention that these are made of German stainless steel but frankly, you can find all that out in the description. I don’t know the importance of things like that but I do know that these knives are very sharp. That’s good enough for me.
