I loved these so much I ordered a second set. I was tired of wrapping my individual dough balls in plastic wrap for freezing. I make about a 250-260 gram dough ball and have no problem proofing AND freezing in these. I can freeze individual dough balls in the collapsed position so they take up very little room in my freezer. Thaw in the morning (extended) to perfect pizza in the pm. Brilliant!
Exactly what we needed to proof individual pizza doughs, love that they are compressible as well as stackable since we are short on space at our cottage

Very nice and good for dough balls. However, I sent back because even though they say 500 gm, 325 gm dough balls expanded too much to keep sealed in refer. Needed 32 oz containers
