I absolutely love these silicone bowls and use them regularly for proofing sourdough bread. They work beautifully for dough and help hold shape during proofing, as shown in the photo, but they’re also useful for so many other things in the kitchen.The variety of colors is really cute, and the sizes are practical and well thought out. Easy to use and perfect size for bread dough!
These bowls are cute! They store well and are the perfect size. I love how the silicone surface holds the flour better than ceramic. No need to use a towel in these bowls. Easy to clean and are easy to use if you are like me and mix your dough by hand. You can also use these to let your dough rise and proof even if you dont mix directly in them.

Love These for Sourdough (Easy to Store + Clean)

Dump the wood!
These are great!! Had enough of the expense and longevity of the wooden ones and opted to give these a whirl. They work great. Would prefer they be a bit sturdier which would have made them perfect!

Easy to clean, dough comes right out (if floured)
Love these silicone bannetons! I was using the wooden ones before and was always worried about getting all the flour off of them or making sure they were absolutely dry so no mold would grow. These silicone ones are easy to clean, dry, and store. They collapse and stack. Spray them down and flour with rice flour so your dough doesn’t stick and you’ll have no problem popping them out prior to baking. These make a great gift for the baker in your life!
