I've been wanting a set of these baking mats. I frequently make cheesecakes and hate cutting parchment paper. They fit all my springform pan sizes, haven't altered baking times (in fact, they help with even baking), and are easy to clean (don't use paper towels!). They also pop off easily after baking but wont fall off when placed in the pan. I love this set!
The quality seems great, and the long piece that go around perimeter of pan measure as stated. However…the circle part that goes in base of pan are inaccurate. I even used a tape measure to verify. They are 4”, 7”, 9” and ANOTHER 9”. There is not a 10” in the package.
