I've been able to use this to quickly sharpen some very old knives and bring them back to life. The adjustable angles for different blade types are a very nice feature as well. Plus it is a very safe device with a solid handle and feel.I'd recommend this to anyone like myself who is low on knife sharpening skills and needs a safe, reliable and easy to use sharpener that actually works.
This knife sharpener makes it easy for me to sharpen my knives. I just need a few passes in the right slot, and the blade is back to a sharp edge. I don’t have to use much force, which I really like. The build feels solid so far—it’s not falling apart or showing wear, even though I’ve been using it almost weekly. The included case helps me stay organized and keeps everything in one place. It’s been a great way to keep my knives sharp without needing to buy new ones. It is a nice addition to the kitchen.

This sharpener has been excellent for our kitchen knife collection. As I am fairly particular about my knifes, I have an assortment of various brants - each with various blade angles. Previously I had to have multiple sharpeners on hand.I will say, this sharpener took a bit to get used to. Once I got accustomed to the selector, this has become my go to sharpener.
I love this knife sharpener it is the perfect kitchen tool or even just the perfect tool for anyone who collects or has and uses hand kife pocket knives you name it. I has 5 diffrent angles to sharpen at which is just perfect for any blade and then a seperate part for sissors and then it even has fine and course files, and its as easy as just turning a dial to switch between them all, and the best part is the setting for serrated blades which is always an added bonus. This sharpener is priced more then fair it seems to be made of good materials and should hold up and last for many years so long as its not just thrown around and it even comes with a faux leather case?bag to store it in which I like!. I would definalty buy again and will be buying for a firend of mine who already wants to steal mine haha.. You wont be disapointed!
Bottom line - if you don't like using sharpening stones...this works well and would recommend.I have a good set of sharpening stones (ranging from 400-8000 grit, plus a strop). If you know what you're doing, nothing compares to sharpening with those. However, it is a process that I don't always want to do or have the time for. In comes this sharpener...a very quick and easy way to sharpening your knives and as a plus it has an angle selector for the course slot (15, 18, 20, 22, and 24 degrees).The quality of this is decent and it works well to quickly put an edge on a blade. While the course angle is adjustable, the fine is 'adaptive'. If you push down with enough force, you can see/feel the angle change to match the blade. The scissors slot also worked well to renew the edge on my scissors.For me, this has been great to quickly sharpen a blade when I'm not wanting to put in the time with my sharpening stones. More than once I was prepping a meal and wanted a sharper blade - more than a simple honing would fix...quick wash, couple passes through course and fine slots, then another quick wash and my edge is **almost** as good as new.Overall, I'm glad to have this in my kitchen drawer to have on hand for a quick sharpening. Would recommend.One final note...like all sharpeners of this design...it is to be used with only dual bevel blades (probably 90+% of the blades on the market. This is pretty evident from the photos and description and not a negative, just something to note.
Are you kidding? You'll be kicking yourself as to why you haven't gotten this item sooner. It's phenomenal. I've had whetstones before and those things are a big PIA. This is easy, breezy, sharp knife. I did most of knife set in 25 minutes and I'm chopping veggies like I would through water. Must have.
