Was looking for something to slice rhubarb and this works awesome! Took a bit to get the right thickness but after I found it, I LOVE IT! So much easier than slicing by hand! It will leak the juice, so I put an old towel under it and it works great! Easy clean up with the brush that comes with it! LOVE IT!

Easy to use & does the job quickly
I hav been looking for a good mandolin that is easy to setup, use, and clean up. This one is as good as I have found. It cuts well and seems to work pretty well. I haven’t had any issues and it’s been really easy to use.
I have the earlier model of mandoline with exposed blades and it is scary to use and I certainly would not recommend for inexperienced cooks. This one, however, is great and has no exposed blades. It does not produce as sharp or crisp a cut, and in some cases your pieces might be shorter than the standard mandoline, but no scary accidents! This is suitable for kids to use with adult supervision. Easy to use, easy to clean without a million sharp parts.
So easy to use! Makes me feel safer than a traditional mandolin. Make food prep that much easier!
I was a little disappointed that it wasn't wide enough to slice anything. I had to cut a very small onion to get it to fit, so they weren't very good slices. If it was wider, I would be very pleased with it. It was very easy to use. It just needs to be much wider.
