Heats quickly, easy to clean, wonderful foam. Large enough for two! I got tired of the small nespresso one that could only prepare one at a time. Interesting way it functions-newer technology I guess. This fits our needs perfectly.
Love this milk frother!!! Makes the perfect temperature frothy milk for my latte! Super easy to use and works great. I love that it's all glass with stainless steel at the bottom. The frothing coil is magnetic, so it's removable and makes it super easy to clean. Customer service is amazing!!! High quality build for this frother. I use it primarily for hot chocolate. It gets hot enough to melt chocolate callets perfectly into milk. Large enough to fit two servings in one batch. The magnetic mechanism for holding the whisk is strong, and makes cleaning really easy, as the entire glass container can be washed.
When I first opened this, I thought, “Oh no… the proofreading department can’t even get things right, so I have NO hopes for this thing.” Boy, was I WRONG! While there most certainly are minor things that could be improved, I’d say the quality of this foam & amount it produces is INSANE. Very happy with the end product… however, getting there is a little rudimentary therefore not as user-friendly in the self-explanatory department.For example, in order to do the different types of foam, you have to memorize little LED dots to remember what they mean for latte, cappuccino, warm, or cold?? Nobody has the mental space for that at my age lol (& I’m 38… life is just busy with the constant need to memorize things that are actually relevant - I need my electronics to be so interface-friendly that a 12 year old can do it). I’ve provided pics & vids (if Amazon allows) for reference. Guys, just do like a glass emoji/LED with high vs low foam and steam or snowflake for temp, if you really insist on this ONE button having all those LEDs to cutesie up (or cheapen idk) your selections… my other, high-quality frother uses clear pictures (no LED), so even my parents can come over & figure it out.Another thing that needs more clarification is the fill-line for milk. Seriously, just add an oz line. Or even the metric system, for all I care! Just something more than a min & max line with emptiness in between. Btw: user tip… DO NOT FILL TO THE MAX LINE!!! It will absolutely overflow 😂 This thing is a workhorse. AND we use lactose-free (Fairlife) milk, which is less fatty therefore harder to froth… so really, hat’s off to the end results of this machine, it’s great! Would buy again. Not for the listed $50-65 price due to the aforementioned critiques… but I’d absolutely spend $45-49.99 without hesitation.Also, this thing is HEAVY DUTY. Don’t be worried about it being glass (kudos to them for that, actually). The rubber seal on the lid works perfectly. The removable, round “whisk” (frothing attachment) inside the cup is also MAGNETIC, which is awesome! It really deserves 5-stars, if the presentation/details can be a little more professional & user-friendly.
Did not think the froth was thick enouth
Works as expected, better than my Nespresso Aeroccino 4 in fact. Love that I can froth enough cream for two large cups of coffee.
