Very solid, durable chopsticks. Good weight in hand. Able to pick up food easily. Cleaned really easily. The training piece attaches to one set of chopsticks. And even grandma was able to use them without any issue (she always asks for a fork when we go someplace that has chopsticks - but not anymore!) The training piece really helps the novice user understand the mechanics of using chopsticks.
