I’m so excited to have my Carmel MnMs freeze drying separate on the tray instead of all touching each other. These are great for anything you freeze dry that is an inch or so big and you want separated.

These things are huge, I thought they were gonna be little bitty things being a 5 piece deal and nope they are nearly the size of a baking pan each. If you plan to make a bunch of infused ice cubes of fruits and/or alcohol these are the deal right here. Each cube is about 1x1 inch and there are a ton per mat. Silicone makes them easy to remove and decently easy to clean. The molds are thick enough to handle the abuse of pushing out the ice cubes but not so thick that its not pliable. This is a screamin deal for 5 molds of this size. I am only using 1 at a time right now but if a party is planned there will be no shortage of infused cubes for anyone attending.
used these in the freezer for prep and second use had issues with tiny bits coming off in the frozen food. it was actually frozen milk with a couple of spots that had come off from the mold. these have been trashed. they would not release the frozen milk and had to really work it to get the iced milk out of the molds. I'm not willing to eat silicone which is what happens if tiny pieces come off with the product. literally used these in the freezer to pre-freeze food for a freeze dryer. they were not used inside of the freeze dryer.
