Love these! I have a very fattening, delicious & expensive pie that I like to make for friends at Christmas. This disposable (giftable) plate / mould is the perfect size. It's about half a pie. It's perfect to dance on all of the above & gifting baked goods during the holidays is always dicey, as do many people are overwhelmed with their own making & other gifts. It has a plastic like liner & is paper on the outside. I baked a graham cracker crust in it (350° x 20 min) whatever the liner is made of, it did not melt & there was no residual taste from it. The circle shape & sides held as well. My pie filling is cold mousse, so the crust was the extent of heat exposure. I love the size for gifting!
Thwse 6-inch paper cake molds are even better than expected. They are sturdy with a coated interior. We will be using these to make pie and cheesecake as gifts for the holidays. We may even try to make panettone for the first time, and it seems they will be perfect for quiche, as well.I ordered these for home use (since I have a teen obsessed with baking), but they do appear to be of a good commercial quality for anyone purchasing for a business. And they are inexpensive enough to have on hand for a large variety of uses!
