Really like the look of this measuring cup, and it is very easy to use. I had another brand prior to this one that I had forever, but the writing wore off so I purchased this one. The glass is a bit thinner than my last one but still really like this item.
This glass measuring cup was a bit thinner than I had hoped. It looks nice and is easy to use, but I'm worried that it will break easily given that I use it a lot. Other glass measuring cups I have had in the past were a bit thicker.
Excellent product
I use an immersion blender for a lot of things, and this measuring cup is the right diameter for the blender head. Awesome! And the metrics on the side are delightfully comprehensive. Whether I'm making mayo, pepper gravy, or just scrambling some eggs, it's easy to get the right amounts of everything into the cup.Unfortunately, it's about two inches too short, because a little bit of the blending gets splattered up and out of the flask. Not a lot, mind you, but enough that I can't discard my (ugly plastic) immersion blender cup yet.
This is just a measuring cup but it is a lovely design and i’m very happy to have it at such a good price.
I decided to try to find something better to fill my single use coffee maker that drips directly into my cup. The material and spout are actually very much like the glass decanter that comes with a full size coffeemaker. It feels delicate but so far so good!! I sometimes put it in the dishwasher and no problem there. Measurement markings are still intact. I'm glad I purchased it.
I love this cup, light and easy to hold on to. Very easy to get gooey things out of it and easy to clean.
